By using this website and/or purchasing services from Emilia McGloin Holistic Life Coaching and Energy Healing, DBA Guided by Emmy ("Company", "we", "our"), you ("you", "client", or "user") agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our services, courses, and community spaces.

 

1. Who May Use This Website

1.1 To access our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have explicit written parental consent.
1.2 You agree to use the site and its content only for lawful and respectful purposes.
1.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account or service access for violation of these terms, spiritual misconduct, or abuse of any kind.

 

2. Purchasing and Session Engagement

2.1 All sessions, packages, and courses must be paid in full before services are rendered, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

2.2 Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer, or any other options listed at checkout.

2.3 You agree to attend sessions with an open heart, readiness to engage in the work, and mutual respect for the energy exchange.

2.4 Refunds: There are no refunds. However, one reschedule is available upon request if made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without timely notice are forfeited and donated to those in need via The Traveling Shaman's platforms.

2.5 The Company reserves the right to update, discontinue, or modify any offerings or services at any time, without prior notice.

 

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

3.1 All content provided via the website, sessions, recordings, written materials, courses, and messages is the exclusive intellectual property of Emilia McGloin Holistic Life Coaching and Energy Healing.

3.2 You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or share materials without explicit permission

  • Claim channeled information, teachings, or frameworks as your own

  • Offer paid or free content based on Company materials without clear, public credit to Emilia McGloin or Guided by Emmy

3.3 Breaches of these terms may result in legal action, service revocation, and public spiritual accountability.

 

4. Certification & Title Usage

4.1 You may not call yourself a “Pure Light Energy Interpreter” unless:

  • You have completed a chakra assessment and alignment under Emilia’s direct guidance

  • Spirit has confirmed your readiness

4.2 This title is sacred and must be earned through integrity, humility, and embodied spiritual alignment.

 

5. Ongoing Responsibility for Energetic Integrity

5.1 Your healing and clarity are your responsibility. You are expected to continue spiritual hygiene practices and use the tools provided to maintain alignment.

5.2 Accumulated energetic shadow is natural, but unaddressed misalignment undermines your ability to serve. You are responsible for upholding the values of your title and the teachings received.

 

6. Accountability & Integrity

6.1 If guided by Spirit, Emilia McGloin may call attention—lovingly but publicly—to individuals misrepresenting themselves or not embodying the practices taught.

6.2 This is not to shame but to protect the energy field, the teachings, and those being served.

6.3 Accountability is an act of spiritual leadership and collective healing.

 

7. Spiritual Foundation & Mission

7.1 Our mission is to remove filters that block people from receiving: energy, love, guidance, clarity, and divine messages.

7.2 The healing and coaching provided is spiritually rooted and grounded in respect, radical honesty, and sacred reciprocity.

7.3 If you engage with this work, you do so understanding that your journey is sacred and that the responsibility of service is lifelong.

 

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

8.1 No healing, energetic, or spiritual result is guaranteed. Individual experiences vary depending on your willingness, timing, and divine alignment.

8.2 All services are spiritual and intuitive in nature, not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, or psychological care.

8.3 You agree that all results or outcomes are your responsibility and hold Guided by Emmy harmless from any perceived outcome, loss, or transformation.

 

9. Account Suspension or Termination

9.1 We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to sessions, platforms, community groups, or resources at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in harmful behavior, including hate speech, bypassing, or misuse of power

  • You misuse spiritual authority or breach energetic integrity

9.2 Termination may occur without refund.

 

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and never sold or shared without consent.

10.2 You agree not to violate the privacy or energetic safety of others participating in group or recorded sessions.

 

11. Modifications to Terms

11.1 These Terms may be updated or amended at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes your agreement to the latest version.

11.2 Significant changes will be announced via email or website banner.

 

12. Acknowledgment

By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any offering through Guided by Emmy, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions

  • Agree to honor the energetic and spiritual standards described herein

  • Accept full responsibility for your personal conduct and alignment
