Acknowledgment of Service and Voluntary Participation

I acknowledge that shamanic healing, energy healing, frequency healing, and spiritual coaching are holistic, spiritual, and metaphysical practices intended for personal exploration, relaxation, and energetic alignment. These practices are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health conditions.

I voluntarily choose to participate in one or multiple shamanic healing session(s), energy clearing, guided spiritual journey, or related ritual, understanding that my experience may involve drumming, meditation, visualization, energy work, light language, breathwork, or other traditional techniques. I recognize that my responses to these methods may vary and that any insights, visions, or messages received are for personal reflection only.

Assumption of Personal Responsibility

I understand that any emotional, mental, or energetic shifts that occur during or after my session are my personal responsibility. HOWEVER, I acknowledge that should I have any questions or experiences to contact Emilia (Renna) McGloin IMMEDIATELY to assist in releasing energies that may be affecting me at any given time. I acknowledge that spiritual practices may bring up deep emotions, subconscious memories, or personal insights, and I take full responsibility for processing any experiences that arise.

I further acknowledge that Emilia (Renna) McGloin is not a medical doctor, my licensed therapist, nutritionist, or psychologist (unless otherwise stated) and does not provide medical treatment, therapy, or clinical mental health services. If I am experiencing a medical or psychological condition, I understand that I should seek assistance from a qualified healthcare professional rather than relying solely on shamanic healing.

Limitation of Liability

I release the facilitator, business, and any affiliated parties from liability for any physical, emotional, or spiritual effects that may arise from my participation in this session. I understand that healing and spiritual journeying are deeply personal experiences and that the facilitator cannot control or predict the outcome of my session.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own well-being, including how I choose to interpret or act upon any messages, visions, or energy shifts I experience. I understand that while some individuals report profound healing or spiritual insights, others may experience discomfort, emotional release, or unexpected reactions, for which I assume full responsibility.

No Guarantees of Specific Outcomes

I understand that shamanic healing and spiritual journeying are exploratory practices and do not guarantee specific results. While I may experience energetic shifts, personal insights, or emotional breakthroughs, these are subjective experiences, and outcomes vary from person to person.

I acknowledge that spiritual healing is a deeply individual process and that any changes in my energy, emotions, or personal beliefs following the session are my own responsibility. If I do not receive the results I expected, I understand that this does not constitute failure on the part of the facilitator and does not entitle me to a refund or claim against the practitioner.

Emotional and Psychological Considerations

I acknowledge that spiritual and shamanic work can bring up unresolved emotions, past traumas, or subconscious fears. While this process can be part of deep personal healing, I understand that Emilia (Renna) McGloin is not responsible for providing ongoing emotional support or psychological counseling.

If I have a history of trauma, anxiety, PTSD, or any other mental health condition, I confirm that I know I must consult with a qualified professional should I experience any distress or need of processing anything not supported by my shamanic healing. I take full responsibility for my emotional well-being throughout this process.

No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
I acknowledge that Emilia (Renna) McGloin is not a licensed medical provider, financial advisor, or legal expert and does not provide professional advice in these areas. Any guidance, insights, or messages shared during the session should be interpreted as spiritual reflection only and not as factual or directive advice.

If I require medical treatment, financial planning, or legal assistance, I will seek guidance from the appropriate professional sources rather than relying on spiritual journeying or shamanic healing to make significant life decisions.

Energetic Sensitivity and Physical Reactions

I understand that shamanic healing and energy work may involve breathwork, drumming, chanting, sound healing, visualization, or other vibrational techniques. I acknowledge that some individuals may experience physical sensations, tingling, dizziness, emotional shifts, or a sense of deep relaxation.

If at any time during the session I feel uncomfortable, disoriented, or physically unwell, I agree to immediately notify Emilia (Renna) McGloin. I understand that I have the right to pause or discontinue my sessions at any time if I feel it is necessary for my well-being. I understand by pausing Shamanic healing, I will be forfeiting any future work with Emilia (Renna) McGloin due to the toll it takes on their emotional, spiritual, and energetic core. I also understand I have a right to further understanding this boundary should I need it clarified.

Confidentiality and Privacy

I acknowledge that my session is a private and personal experience, and the facilitator will respect my privacy. Any information I share during the session will remain confidential unless I grant explicit permission for it to be shared, or unless disclosure is required by law.

Signatures

By checking the box, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver in its entirety. I voluntarily accept its terms and release Emilia (Renna) McGloin, business, and any affiliated parties from liability related to my participation in shamanic healing, energy work, or guided spiritual journeying. I acknowledge that this session is for personal exploration and energetic balance only and does not constitute medical or professional advice.

If I choose to have my session in a group setting, I accept full responsibility for any personal information I disclose and understand that Emilia (Renna) McGloin is not responsible for how others interpret or react to my experiences.
