At Guided by Emmy, we honor the sacred and energetic nature of all services and products offered. Please review the following refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

 

1. General Policy: No Refunds

There are no refunds on any of the following:

  • One-on-one healing or coaching sessions

  • Channeled or intuitive guidance offerings, including physical crystal packages and cleansing, grounding, and protection packages, and intuitively guided frequency meditations attuned to YOUR energy.

  • Energy rituals, cleansing, grounding, protection work, or frequency-based services

  • Packages, spiritual mentorships, or group healing programs, normally, please review exceptions section below

  • Memberships, digital courses, or masterclasses

  • Any other energy, frequency, or intuitive services or products

Due to the energetic, spiritual, and time-sensitive nature of this work, all sales are final once payment is received and are NOT subject to resale UNLESS APPROVED by YOUR spirit team.

2. Subscriptions & Group Access

A one-time refund is permitted under these strict conditions:

✅ Refund Eligible:

  • You are a first-time subscriber

  • You request a refund within 48 hours of initial purchase

  • You subscribed to a group-based offering, such as a private blog or healing circle

❌ Not Refundable:

  • You are a returning subscriber

  • More than 48 hours have passed

  • You’ve accessed or participated in the gated content

  • You attempt to cancel retroactively

 

3. Digital Courses & Downloads

All digital content is delivered upon payment and is non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Recorded or live courses

  • Energetic transmissions and meditations

  • Intuitive training materials, PDFs, or ritual guides

Due to their downloadable and energetic nature, these are considered consumed upon access.

 

4. Intuitive & Energetic Services

No refunds will be granted based on:

  • Perceived results or expectations

  • Personal interpretations of guidance

  • Emotional response or spiritual processing time

  • Delays in integration of energetic shifts

You agree that all intuitive work is offered in sacred trust and is not a transactional guarantee.

 

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes will result in:

  • Immediate termination of access to services, memberships, or products

  • A permanent ban from future purchases

  • Legal recourse to recover disputed funds, including fees and damages

We take energy and business integrity seriously.

 

6. Exceptions

 

Refunds may be considered under the following limited exception:

🛍️ Physical Products

Refunds may be granted only on physical products, within 7 days of purchase, and only if the item:

  • Is not damaged or opened

  • Is not listed as non-refundable

  • Has not been customized or energetically attuned to you

❗ Items that are intuitively chosen or spiritually attuned (such as crystal bundles, blessed tools, ritual kits, or channel-selected items) are non-refundable. These are linked energetically to you upon selection and cannot be returned or resold in energetic alignment.

 

7. Acknowledgment of Policy

By making any purchase through Guided by Emmy, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy in full

  • You agree to abide by these terms

  • You will not request exceptions outside of those explicitly listed above
